am writing today to complain about some badly damaged that I received from your
company. Upon delivery, I found the items are damaged and does not fit for any
use. I feel disappointed with the products and switch to another company. This is
totally unacceptable and could damage your reputation.
Therefore,
we hope that you are willing to immediately replaced the damaged goods or make
arrangements to return full refund including the shipping charge to send the
items back to your warehouse.

would appreciate your prompt response upon this matter. Thank you.
